Job Description
This position is for an A-level tech. You will be doing all manner of repairs, including engine and transmission removal and installation. You will need all your own tools to work on vehicles. The shop has a large selection of special tools for things like timing belts and engine work.
We maintain an immaculate shop, and you will be expected to keep your workspace, tools, and the shop in a clean condition.
We work on modern cars, trucks, and SUVs from all domestic and some import makes. We also service very high-end classic cars, so attention to detail and ensuring that no vehicle is damaged or abused is paramount.
This is a drug-free workplace; please don't apply if you use any sort of non-prescription drugs, as you will be randomly drug-tested. We are a smoke-free facility.
You will be required to pass a background check with a good driving record.
We are an all ASE Certified team. If you do not have ASE Certifications, you will be required to pass at least 1 exam by your 2nd month of employment. These tests can be taken on weekends. Your first test will be paid for if hired. We offer pay increases of $1 per hour for each exam up to 5$
Earn up to $46 per hour with our bonus program. The bonus program is profit sharing. When you reach > 80% hourly efficiency, you get 8% of your billed hour profit.
PTO after your first full year of employment.
We will be hiring for the start date of Feb 1.
