As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar’s operations. This includes creating a welcoming environment, mixing traditional and seasonal beverages, and creating exceptional guest experiences

As the Bar Manager, you are responsible for: 

• Overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory, control costs, and handle ordering of all bar-related supplies
• Monitor and ensure consistent quality in all drinks served
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Pay Range - $20-$24 per hour plus tips

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Lead Bartender, or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
* Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service
* Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
* Serving It Right accreditation
* Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week
* Must be able to arrive at YVR by 3am (no public transit available until 5:15am) and be able to work late nights (no public transit available after 12:45am)
