Training : Training will be for 4 days from 7:00AM PST - 3:30PM PST/8:00 AM MST - 4:30 PM MST/10:00 AM EST – 6:30 PM EST.
Academy : Academy will be 10 days. The schedule will be the work schedule. Workers will begin taking calls during Academy.
