Job Description:

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling email campaigns for multiple clients within a fast-paced environment (most clients use Klaviyo and are e-commerce companies). You may also oversee other team members and give edits to email campaigns. The right person should have experience and feel comfortable testing and scheduling email campaigns that will be sent to 50,000+ profiles.

Your attention to detail, eye for design, and expertise in Klaviyo will be essential as you manage, optimize, and execute email strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns.
• Optimize and create automations in Klaviyo for e-commerce companies.
• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced design features.
• Schedule emails to send to large audiences (up to 50,000+)
• Communicate with clients via email when necessary to review edits and finalize campaigns and automations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist.
• Proficient in Klaviyo platform is a must.
• Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics for performance.
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology (in Klaviyo).
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• An ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple accounts at once.
• Basic design skills necessary for email creation (ie canva), anything more is a plus.
• Previous agency experience a plus.
