Job Overview


We are hiring Loader / Unloader Associates in Elizabeth, NJ to support daily warehouse and import operations. This role involves loading and unloading shipping containers using a variety of manual material-handling equipment. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipping containers efficiently and safely
• Move freight using hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks, and other manual equipment
• Sort, stage, and organize product within the warehouse
• Ensure freight is handled carefully to prevent damage
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics team members

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience loading/unloading containers or working in a warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to safely operate manual material-handling equipment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Steel-toe boots may be required

Schedule & Compensation
