Job Description

About the Role

We seek a detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between Business, Operations, and customer needs and technology solutions. This individual will ensure that business objectives are clearly understood and translated into actionable requirements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and support data-informed decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
  • Develop process models, data flows, and business cases to support solution design.
  • Work across departments such as IT, Operations, and accounting to ensure accurate delivery of business requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and SOPs.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and risk evaluations. Design and implement optimized workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
  • Analyze and map current processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, or operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process solutions align with business objectives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.

What We’re Looking

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Engineer.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools and data analysis using Lucid.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with automation technologies and process simulation software
  • Project management experience or certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
