We’re seeking a dynamic Export Sales Manager / International Sales Specialist to join our growing team and lead international sales efforts, driving growth and building long-lasting global partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop relationships with potential international clients to expand our global footprint.
• Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and contracts with overseas customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage export documentation and compliance to ensure smooth operations and adherence to international trade regulations.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with international distributors and strategic partners.
• Stay up to date on international trade regulations, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in global markets.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in international sales, export management, or business development within a global market.
• Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities internationally.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and compliance.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with global customers and partners.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to changing global conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with international distributors is a plus.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage but not required.
