Position Overview: We are currently seeking HVAC Technician Apprentices who are dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. No prior experience is necessary; we're looking for individuals with a basic understanding of HVAC systems and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
Responsibilities: - Learn the proper skills in order to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Provide high-level customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work after hours, over weekends, and on holidays as needed.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, outdoors, and in inclement weather conditions.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Requirements: - Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- High level of customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to continue education in the HVAC field.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on holidays.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, outdoors, and in inclement weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Salary Description: - Competitive salary: $14 during training. $16 per hour after training.
