Mortgage Closer (In office position)

Responsibilities

•Coordinate with attorneys and title companies to ensure timely and efficient loan closings
•Collaborate with loan processor and loan officer or funder from origination to close to ensure loan closing
•Adhere to closing instructions and verify that all closing conditions have been satisfied
•Prepare and execute the transfer of lender funds for disbursement
•Satisfy any post closing issues quickly
•Affirm loan compliance with all investor product and program guidelines and policies, as well as state and federal regulations

Qualifications

•High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
•2+ years of experience of previous real estate mortgage loan processing, lending, or closing experience is preferred, experience with banking, credit unions, or financial services funding is suitable
•Strong analysis, time management, and organization skills are desired
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential
