As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the mortgage process, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build a network to attract potential clients.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine eligibility for mortgage loans.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable mortgage products based on their financial situation and goals.
• Guide clients through the application and approval process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to facilitate a smooth loan approval and closing process.
• Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; four to six years related proven experience mortgage loan officer or similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
