We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets.

Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and needs.
• Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and provide customized solutions that align with their needs.
• Initiate quotes for best prices from a variety of vendors and distributors in support of the procurement process
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Make strategic decisions on pricing and lead-times.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
• Understand and follow all established policies, procedures and recognized practices for safety, health, and quality.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skills

• Prior Customer Service/Inside Sales experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Willing to be hands-on and work with the team to fulfill operational and organizational needs.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
