**Team Leader/Foreman - Directional Drilling**

Safely and effectively lead and provide direction to a crew or team on a single job site to maximize profit margins and quality while operating equipment including a Directional Drill.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead on various size projects
* Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of a project
* Manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity.
* Review plans and permits
* Establish daily crew goals
* Communicate with customer
* Assign job duties
* Monitor progress
* Evaluate Teammates' performance and provide coaching
**Requirements**
* Valid drivers license
* 2+ years related experience in utility construction
* Ability to communicate with Teammates and Customers
* Class A CDL is desired
* Local to Metroplex
* Must have experience running a crew
* Able to perform physically demanding tasks
* Strong mechanical skills
* Equipment operating experience including a Directional Drill - Ditch Witch
* Able to work some nights and weekends
* Ability to work outdoors
* Ability to read and write English
* Pass a drug screen and background check
* Able to stand, kneel and work in confined spaces for an extended period of time
**Working Conditions**
This job operates in a field environment. This role routinely requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, lifting in awkward positions, standing, and twisting. Also, this role works in inclement weather conditions, such as extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, ice, snow, and wind.
