Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Industrial Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our fragrance collections. As a Junior Industrial Designer, you will collaborate closely with our design team to conceptualize, design, and execute a wide range of products that reflect our brand's essence and vision.

This position is on-site in Aventura, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design: Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas for fragrance bottles, displays, gift sets, candles, and other related components.
• Design Development: Assist in the development of sketches, renderings, and prototypes to bring concepts to life, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and product requirements.
• Material and Manufacturing Research: Conduct research on materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends to inform design decisions and optimize product feasibility and production efficiency.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production logistics, manufacturing department, and graphic design, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of design concepts.
• Iterative Design Process: Participate actively in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate on designs based on internal and external feedback.
• Documentation and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and presentations, to effectively communicate design concepts and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design.
• Experience: Previous experience or internship in industrial design or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, KeyShot, Rhinoceros 3D, or similar tools.
• Strong sketching and visualization skills to communicate ideas effectively.
• Understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for Design: A genuine obsession with detail and crafting beautiful products is highly desirable.
